Our department designs and implements the digital future of bonprix with a focus on SAP technologies. At the core of our work lies the strategic and operational development of the SAP system landscape – particularly in the areas of CRM, ERP, and Transport Management (TM). We are responsible for the applications, drive process optimization, and ensure a stable, secure, and future-ready system architecture. Our SAP landscape forms the backbone of our digital transformation. Together with interdisciplinary teams from consulting, development, and business units, we continuously advance the evolution of our processes and systems – in an agile, customer-centric, and technology-open way.

SAP Finance

We are the team behind bonprix’s international financial processes, taking care of their technical operations. Whether it’s customers or suppliers, tax authorities or the corporate group – all the threads come together with us. We ensure a high level of automation and digitalization and continuously develop our processes and systems further.

SAP ERP

Behind every successful online purchase is smooth logistics – and that’s exactly where we come in. Our team manages and develops the SAP ERP system in the logistics area, with a clear focus on delivery, returns, and inventory processes. It’s not just about technology for us – it’s about creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers, from shipping to returns.

As consultants and developers, we work in the After Sales domain and are closely connected with international colleagues. What makes our work especially exciting is the collaboration with our warehouse and fulfillment systems, such as the modern central warehouse in Haldensleben. This way, we ensure that processes not only run reliably but are continuously improving – for our customers and for bonprix.

SAP CRM

Our mission is to provide and continuously enhance an intuitive, high-performance, and highly functional system landscape for the areas of Sales, Service, and Marketing – leveraging SAP standard capabilities and extending beyond them. Our goal is to support and optimize the customer relationship and interaction with bonprix throughout the entire lifecycle.

In addition, we serve as the primary backend system for most webshop processes starting from login and checkout, supporting features through our diverse range of interfaces. The SAP CRM consultants and developers are integrated into cross-functional teams within the Shopping Funnel and After Sales domains, working closely with internationally based business units, cross-functional colleagues, and SAP consultants/developers from other SAP areas.

Together, we ensure that the SAP platform at bonprix runs smoothly, stably, and efficiently. We maintain close international collaboration with internal business units and external service providers.
