Job search and research

Have a look at our job portal and choose between many different career opportunities.

Online application

It takes less than 10 minutes to complete the online application form. Once we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Didn’t find one? Then check your spam folder.

Review of your documents

We will endeavour to give you feedback on your application as quickly as possible. Should it take longer, please get in touch with us! With your consent, we will also be happy to check your documents for other suitable positions and forward them accordingly. The relevant department will then have the opportunity to carefully review your application.

Selection procedure

Your application sounds exciting and we would like to get to know you better. In some areas, especially in the tech environment, you may be asked to complete a task before the interview, for example a coding challenge or a business case. We will of course let you know in good time whether this is the case for you and what exactly the task looks like.

Just be yourself. During the interviews, we are interested in what you have actually done, which is why we often ask for specific examples from your professional past. If you would like to prepare yourself, take a look at our corporate website or our Instagram channel.

The process looks like this, depending on the area you are entering:

For professionals

Sometimes we start with a short telephone interview, which mainly focuses on general conditions and initial technical questions. This is followed by an initial interview via MS Teams focussing on your professional experience (duration approx. 60-90 minutes). In the second interview, we will meet in person. The main focus here is on how well we fit together. If possible, you will also get to know your future team.

For students

We usually conduct a selection interview via MS Teams or in person on site. We schedule about an hour for this.

For trainees

The first interview takes place online via Teams, together with a contact person from the training team and sometimes also with an apprentice. In the second interview, we meet in person. Here too, someone from the training team is present, often again with an apprentice.

Decision

If we – and you – have the feeling that we are a good match, we move on to the next step. We will then contact you by phone to discuss the contract offer and clarify all outstanding conditions.

Note for international process

Our application process for international positions is similar to that for national positions. The special thing: You can meet interviewees from different countries such as Germany, France, Italy or Poland. This gives you an insight into our matrix-organised collaboration and our international culture.
