Corporate Communications & Employer Branding
In our department, we bring the voice and identity of bonprix to life – reaching our diverse audiences, from employees and customers to partners.
As communication specialists, we craft creative, high-impact strategies, produce compelling content, and strategically leverage multiple channels to ensure our messages resonate where they matter most.
We connect people inside bonprix and with external partners, promoting collaboration and strong teamwork, while tailoring our international communication strategies to local contexts to maximise impact and enhance the bonprix brand as an employer of choice.

Digitalisation, Steering & Operations
We are responsible for the optimization and digitalization of our HR processes in three key areas:
Operations for Payroll and Administration: This area handles all topics related to payroll and administrative processes. We ensure that salaries are paid smoothly and manage personnel files as well as other administrative tasks.
Digitalisation for HR Technologies: In this area, we implement and further develop new technologies to make HR processes more efficient. This includes the introduction of innovative software solutions and the automation of workflows.
Management of HR Analytics as well as Compensation & Benefits: Here, we analyse data to make informed decisions in human resources management. Additionally, we develop and manage programs for compensation and benefits to ensure they remain competitive and fair.

People, Organisation & Business Partnering
Our goal is to effectively connect personnel and organizational development with recruiting and training at bonprix. As active business partners, we support and advise throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Training & Talent Acquisition:
We create an excellent talent experience—from training to hiring. With a positive attitude, equal opportunities, and transparency, we identify the best talents for bonprix and actively promote their development—supported by modern technologies and data-driven decisions.
Business Partnering:
We support personnel and organizational matters, provide guidance on an equal footing, and offer orientation. Through our close connection to the business and tight collaboration with all HR areas, we combine holistic perspectives with professional expertise.
